Why? Studies show that a room that’s too cold or too warm can make it difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep.

We understand that everybody is different and there’s very rarely a one size fits all, definitive answer. However, we do recommend setting your thermostat between 65°F and 68°F. Why? Core body temperature tends to fluctuate throughout the course of the day and experts say that it needs to drop a few degrees to help initiate sleep.
