With the ever-changing circumstances surrounding COVID-19, the team at Access Heating & Air wants to assure all of our customers that we are implementing serious health and safety protocols in an effort to continue to provide the leading HVAC services in our region.

As an essential business, our work never stops. With people spending more time at home, professional local HVAC contractors are more necessary than ever, to ensure that local residences are comfortable and safe. With that in mind, we’ve been retraining all our office staff and service experts on correct health, personal hygiene, and standard operating procedures. Please look over the steps we are taking to do our part in hindering the spread of the Coronavirus:

  • Employees are being encouraged to wash their hands and/or use hand sanitizer more frequently to reduce germ transmission.
  • Protective gear, such as gloves and masks, have been issued to all employees.
  • Sanitation products have been distributed throughout the office and loaded onto work vehicles.
  • Employees have been instructed to wipe down frequently- touched objects and surfaces
  • Employees have been instructed to respect social distancing rules in an effort to protect themselves and customers.

Customers will be asked a few questions pertaining to recent travel plans and their personal health, so that our employees can take the correct safety measures beforehand. Please consider rescheduling your non-emergency service appointment if you are exhibiting any signs of illness.

We also want to assure you that all service technicians who visit your home will be 100% healthy. Employees who show symptoms of the virus, or otherwise feel unwell, are requested to stay home and recover. We also encourage customers to show our staff the same courtesy by letting us know beforehand of any health issues or rescheduling non-emergency appointments.

Access Heating & Air will continue to monitor information posted by public health officials in regard to COVID-19. Our company is taking this situation very seriously! We have ongoing discussions about our next steps and what measures we can take to protect our local community while providing essential HVAC services.

Our top priority has been and always will be the health and safety of our customers, families, friends, neighbors, and all members of the community. We encourage everyone to do their part in containing the virus by taking strict precautions, like the ones listed above or on the CDC website. Let’s look out for each other during this difficult time.
