Completed furnace demand. Found fractures in heat exchanger and failed inducer motor. Also ignition system showing serious ware. Informed customer and he decided to replace unit due to age and condition. He has had filter cleaned at office and maintenance plan started for that location.
Completed furnace maintenance. Verified gas pressures and temperature rise. All components are working properly at this time. Furnace is 2 years old and under warranty. The average furnace life-span is 10-15 years.
